It all began for Tim while working as an Assistant Sound-Editor in Screen Scene in 2000. Here Tim found his passion for film and moved to Windmill Lane pictures as a runner to the Editing and Special FX department gaining a more detailed working knowledge of the film making process. Since then he moved onto been a junior production coordinator for Toytown films, also directing and producing a pilot documentary for RTE and several TV commercials.
From here Tim traveled to New York, to study film in The Academy for 6 months where he was lectured by such filmmakers as Dylan Kidd [Roger Dodger] and Brian Norton [Today’s Bacon].
On Tim’s return to Dublin, he started directing music promos and corporate film along with T.V commercials for such clients as the Irish pensions board government campaign, Fuji Film, Sony, Spar and McDonalds.
Tim’s short film ‘Tempt’ won ‘Best art short in the Lower East Side Film Festival in New York beating off stiff international competition from established film directors such as Jim Jaramusch.
As a VJ Yeager has been VJing since he first started scratching VCR machines back in '99.
