Glass Eye Productions have an exciting opportunity for an experienced producer / production manager
You will manage a dynamic creative team and be responsible for the management and delivery of a diverse range of projects. You will create and manage schedules, keeping productions on target, the team motivated and act as a key point of communication between client, management and creative teams.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience in the production industry.
• Experience of managing and motivating creative teams and managing a range of projects.
• Be an excellent communicator and be confident and experienced liaising with corporate clients.
• Excellent proposal and tender writing skills.
• Be experienced at interrupting creative briefs and developing creative concepts to present to clients.
• A proven track record delivering productions on schedule and within budget.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• A ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to multi task be flexible and work well under pressure.
• Experience at developing and delivering business strategies and objectives.
• Willingness to travel within Ireland.
This role is a full time position based in Kilkenny initially to cover maternity leave, but for the right candidate has the potential to become a permanent position.

Vacancy: Multimedia Producer

The successful candidate will be leading the Media department and working closely with the Design department, to produce video content for both online and offline output. The individual will need to be creative, experienced in leading small team and responsible for dealing directly with stakeholders as well as external services.
